The General Tax Directorate (DGI) is Mali's tax administration, responsible notably for business tax registration (NINEA number) and monitoring the filing obligations of taxpayers, both individuals and businesses.
It is based in Hamdallaye ACI 2000, a neighborhood in Commune IV that has become an important administrative and commercial hub in Bamako. Public opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.
